Ralph B. Bazilio, CPA, CGFM Michael J. Cobb, CPA
Mr. Bazilio is the CEO of Bazilio Cobb Associates. He is active in many professional and business organizations, including the District of Columbia and Prince George’s County Chambers of Commerce (past president), the Greater Washington Society of CPAs (past president), the National Association of Black Accountants, and the MD/DC Minority Supplier Development Council. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of the District of Columbia.

Mr. Cobb has served as the head of the Tax and Emerging Business Services Practice at Bazilio Cobb Associates since 1993. He is a past chair of the District of Columbia Board of Accountancy. He graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and an MBA in Finance and Accounting.

Barbara W. Hutto, CPA, CGMA Tommie Thompson, CPA, President
Ms. Hutto is a partner in the Assurance Practice of Bazilio Cobb Associates. She began her career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen & Co. During her nine years with AA&Co., she was a member of the Financial Services Division of the audit practice in Washington, DC. She joined Bazilio Cobb Associates in 1993. Ms. Hutto is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant. She is a past board member of the Greater Washington Society of CPAs and the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Computer Sciences from Old Dominion University.
Mr. Thompson is the President of Bazilio Cobb Associates and heads the Financial Institution Services division of the Firm. Prior to joining BCA, his positions included Associate Director of Finance for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; Vice President and Deputy CFO for the Resolution Trust Corporation; Director of the DC Department of Housing and Community Development; and Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority and the Prince George’s County Housing Authority.

Steve Lowe
Mr. Lowe heads the Asset Portfolio Analytics Practice. Prior to joining the firm in 1994, he provided asset analysis and valuation services to both the RTC and private sector clients while working for major management consulting firms. He also served as the Director of Loan Sales for the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation, where he implemented the due diligence process that became the template for the securitization of more than $30 bill of RTC loan assets. He was appointed special assistant to the Federal Housing Commissioner and served as legislative assistant to a US senator. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College and a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University.
